Incumbent Haverford Township Commissioner Dan Siegel was re-elected on November 3, 2009 to a four-year on the Haverford Township Board of Commissioners. Siegel defeated challenger John Williamson 793 to 750 votes, based upon the unofficial results.

Siegel thanked all of his supporters at a celebration following the announcement of his victory. He pledged to continue to provide open government, responsiveness, and to focus on fiscal responsibility as Commissioner.

Siegel will be sworn in to his new term in January 2010.
